“Fellow’s Club” was formed on the 28th day of September 1990. The founding members met on the 7th day of October 1990 to establish a set of rules and guidelines to serve as the governing body of rules, standards, and guidelines for the conduct of all members and guest of
the Fellow’s Club on Fellow’s Club property and at all functions were the Fellows Club is hosting an event or supporting an event under the name Fellows Club. The rules and guidelines are to be known as the By-Laws of the Fellow’s Club.
